Woodhull Wins FOSTA Appeal

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — January 24, 2020 — Washington, DC

Today the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals revived Woodhull‘s challenge to FOSTA.  The court ordered that the constitutional challenge be sent back to the district court for a ruling on the merits.
