Dr. Spencier Ciaralli is an Assistant Professor in Sociology at Augustana University. They center their research within social inequalities, particularly at the intersection of gender and sexuality. Currently, Dr. Ciaralli is examining sexual behavior, heteronormativity, and gender embodiment within the queer community, such as their most recent publication: “Reflections on Pleasure Activism: Queer Women and Genderqueer Folk’s Sexual Narratives”.
