It’s deceptive to think that indulgence is selfishness. Indulge in goodness, indulge in joy; indulgence is self-care.
Jenn Pollitt, PhD is the Assistant Director and Assistant Professor of Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies at Temple University. She has developed both undergraduate and graduate courses in Men & Masculinities; Sexuality and Disability; Sexuality Education; Porn Literacy; and Pleasure. She holds a PhD in Human Sexuality from Widener University and has been a sexuality educator for over 15 years.
