How have you decentered your whiteness today?
Lindsey is a Sexuality Educator with over 8 years of experience. She has taught sexuality education for youth and adults in a variety of settings including: middle and high school, after-school programs, parent support groups, youth drug/alcohol rehab and juvenile justice facilities. She has worked with teachers, youth development professionals, clinic staff, parents and caregivers of individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Lindsey has also spent time as a Family Planning Clinic Coordinator, working to increase inclusion efforts in reproductive health spaces. In addition to Woodhull, she has presented at the National Sex Ed, Healthy Teen Network, and American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) Conferences. They have provided sexuality education programming in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and currently coordinates sexuality education programming for a school district in Oklahoma. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Sexuality Education from Widener University. Their doctoral research focuses on the intersection of race and sexuality education.
