Molly Griffard is a staff attorney in the Law Reform and Special Litigation Unit at the Legal Aid Society in NYC where they challenge police misconduct and seek accountability through litigation and policy reforms. Molly served as counsel for the plaintiffs in Holden v. Port Authority of NY & NJ, a case that successfully challenged the Port Authority Police Department’s illegal practice of profiling and targeting men perceived to be gay for false arrest for public lewdness.
