Stacey McLarty, a distinguished 2005 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, has built a unique and impactful solo practice that offers holistic legal services to unique and underserved communities. With a dedication to affirming individuals with non-traditional lifestyles, Stacey specializes in providing comprehensive support to polyamorous, kinky, and burner communities. Her approach not only addresses legal issues but also focuses on practical solutions to ensure the well-being and protection of her clients’ chosen families.

Active in the local alternative lifestyle communities since 2006, Stacey brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her practice. She regularly conducts workshops at PolyBigFun, the Austin-area polyamory conference, and has served as the volunteer coordinator for the event. She is a participant and safety volunteer at Burning Flipside, the Austin regional Burning Man event. Stacey also maintains strong ties with the kink community, recently presenting “legal issues for kinky folks” at the Austin Kink Weekend.
