Veronica Urquilla is a social worker and community leader with over 20 years of experience creating and leading public, nonprofit, and education initiatives. Throughout her career in public health, Veronica has demonstrated a commitment to advancing equity and justice with a focus on youth and Black women. Her work is grounded in a “nothing about us without us” approach, and she believes that centering the voice, experience, and expertise of those we hope to serve is critical to creating meaningful impact. Veronica is the founder of VEU Consulting, a strategic consulting firm she founded the day she decided to bet on herself.
